Beth Ditto has reappeared in the fashion world and is once again designing for high-street label Evans; the new collaborations are being created for the Autumn/Winter 2010 season and will offer a variety of pieces, each taking inspiration from styles in the last century. Items will conger up a mixture of eighties punk style combined with that of the vintage forties, even a little Noughties edge will be thrown into the combo.
Beth has reportedly stated she is really excited about the launch and each piece will be aimed at those who love to style themselves with an individual twist. The collection offers a variety of pieces for women of all sizes and shapes as well as taking heavy influence from many great style icons
The new autumn and winter collaborations will include a variety of vintage-enthused graphic prints ranging in style from a punk and retro look right through to distressed and Victorian. Pieces in the range offer an eclectic style which is really flattering on. All items in the new range echo a contemporary version of a certain style in time and should be thrown together for maximum results. They should be worn like Beth would wear them and create an impact.
Ditto has been on an adventure across the globe for the past year and the inspiration for most of her pieces is said to have come from various places she has encountered. Her first collection for the high-street brand, Evans, went live last summer and we’re sure the next collection which, is to launch in September will be just as good.
