This season is moving on, and with it comes a whole new collection of fashions, attire and accessories for the New Year.

Bows are still big and now not only on clothes, but on shoes, head bands, jewellery, bags and an array of other pieces that are perfect for he party season. Prada has pimped out its pumps, using a few cutesy patent red bows in leather while Isabel Marant has worked a loosely tied fluffy bow into this season’s shoes. Why not improvise and pimp out your own pumps, invest in a little silk ribbon and attach them to the head of your heels.

Vintage is this year proving the most on trend look around. Raiding Grandma’s wardrobe is a must this season. Eccentric figures such as Diane Pernet and Lynn Yaeger are perfect examples of this season’s vintage style icons; take a little inspiration from any one of their looks in order to create your own style.

The rock chick syle is back for autumn and winter and this season is sporting a bomber jacket, Capri pants, laid back pumps, take note of the trends in the hit musical grease and you will have the rockabilly style down to a tee.

Grey is officially in for 2010 and not just regarding clothes, style icons such as the supermodel Kate Moss, the socialite and writer Pixie Geldof, the 14 year old fashion blogger Tavi Gevinson and the fashion editor for Dazed & Confused, Katie Shillingford have all added a little grey to their locks. The 43-year-old fashion icon Daphne Guinness is also another A-list celebrity that has donned the metallic hair hue this season.

The grey hair trend first appeared on the fashion front at both Gareth Pugh’s and Giles Deacons spring and summer fashion runway shows for 2010, grey is now working its way into all areas of life and models, street styler’s and rock punk girls are working the trend.

The new found trend is said to have been sourced from the hair phenomenon that has been entitled ‘blonderexia’ and bleaching the hair has gone one step further, the fashion savvy crowd are now making their hair just that little bit lighter every time, which in urn creates that subtle grey sheen.

It appears that every other girl and guy is now sporting the grey hue on their heads and it is one trend that seems set to stay for 2011.

Team your new grey look with an all-new party dress, this season is all about going over the top and what better way to do this than to invest in a daring number with a plunging neck line. Look to the hit TV show Mad Men for inspiration on showing off those womanly curves.

Now that the winter season is most certainly upon us, it is time to invest in a few heavy knits, statement sock and hot hats, such pieces are not only stylish for 2010, they are also a must when the winter winters are blowing!

Layering is thankfully in for 2010, meaning we can hide away from the harsh weather behind several pieces of attire, including snoods, scarves, hats, gloves, socks, snow boots cardigans and fur-lined coats. All of the above are great investments for the winter season and each piece is most certainly ruling the runway this year.

Winter fashion has definitely taking note of the cold weather this season and keeping warm has never been so hassle free.

With busy working schedules, hectic home lives and an array of social events jotted down in the diary, we all needed a few tips to help us on our way! It is in fact easier than you think to create a glam evening look in a matter of minutes.

Glowing skin is a great place to start and doesn’t require a full face of make-up, not only will you save on the costs of expensive foundations you will also save on time! Instead opt for a creamy highlighter such as Lancôme’s Éclat Miracle, which is priced at £19.50. You may think shorts are only for the summer, with a few simple tweaks those statement shorts will make the perfect attire in winter, both at the office and in the evening.

For the office, why not team a pair of metallic shorts with a cute and uber warm knit. Add a pair of opaque tights, there are an assortment of colours available, however if you want to keep the look suitable for the office opt for a subtle shade such as deep purple, grey, black or brown. Add a statement scarf to finish your outfit off and you are good to go.

In order to work the same shorts in the evening, whether out on the tiles or alternatively just out for a few drinks at a local bar with friends, swap the knit for a dressier top, either a playful skirt or a scoop neck knit. Lose the opaque tights and either add heels and knit socks or alternatively knee high boots, suede brown boots look great with metallic attire. Let your locks loose and add a darker nail colour, lashings of mascara and a statement lip hue for that ultimate wow factor. This is certainly one way tpo keep warm whilst still looking right on trend and ready for a night out!

Whether she’s out and about running errands or on the red carpet, Leighton Meester manages to always ooze a certain sense of sophisticated glamour. Follow this season’s fashion flock in this season’s much-loved shearling, wear it collars, cuffs, boots and bags in order to appear snug for the autumn and winter 2010 season.

One top trend is the yeti-style boots; team with a pair of statement skinny leather leggings or sequined trousers for a different edge on the shearling style. First up are the new denim dimension and the high-street label Diesel Jeans. Diesel Jeans have recently launched an all-new collection of denim in the shape of a unique 12 piece capsule collection. The edgy punk princess Uffie is the face behind the new range and mixes both an electro-pop style with experimental denim.
