You bought that fab little black dress back in November knowing it would look great if only you stick to that healthy eating plan. Party season is almost here and you just know that zip isn’t going to fasten. Calm down. Try a seven-day detox diet you know it will be worth the effort to look fantastic for that party night. Although a detox can help with some weight loss it’s more about de-bloating you Water retention or gas is often the result of intolerance’s to certain foods. Party time is a build up to these intolerance’s as we indulge ourselves at this time of year. This detox diet centre’s on keeping certain foods separate e.g. starches from proteins also only eating fruit by its self, as this reduces that windy feeling. Once you decide to go ahead you will find the first three days the hardest keep thinking of that sexy black number. Don’t take fright over an outbreak of sponsor the odd headache; it will all improve, you will look and feel fantastic.

Divide all foods into four groups; starch proteins fruits and nuts.

 

Even if you love to snack, there are ways you can do so healthily!  Simply stay away from sugary food and chocolate and stick to the likes of nuts, seeds, fruits and dried berries.

 

Start every day with a detox breakfast juice eat a third of your meals and drink plenty of water. Remember to try not to eat late and never dare go near fast food. Find a good detox diet and stick with it in fact stick a picture of the Little Black Dress on the fridge and remember how glam you will look on party night.

Designers left, right and centre have this season been throwing free clothes at the Art Director, Julia Restoin Roitfield, and this courtship may however have something to do with Julia being the daughter of the much-loved French fashion editor, Carine Roitfield and Christian Restoin, the former owner of the label Equipment.

Growing up in such a fashion forward environment is one of the reasons Julia is so intrigued by both creativity in the design and fashion world and possibly why she decided to begin a career in such a creative industry.

Julia spends most of her time in either Paris or New York, both places are extreme fashion capitals and also the reason why the Art Director and model has an adopted such a cultivated and signature style.
One of the art director’s and model’s proudest moments is said to be starring as Tom Ford’s Black Orchid, which has been described as the ‘Ford flotilla’ of fragrance and cosmetics initiatives.

Julia appears in the full-colour campaign images, which were photographed by Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott, Roitfeld is showcases striking glossy long locks, dramatic red nails and matching lips. The model appears clutching the bottle in a boudoir-like atmosphere. Tom Ford said he chose Julia to front this particular campaign as he believes her to be “exactly what beauty is.

The actress Natalie Portman is not only a favourite on the big screen but also a favourite when it comes to style. The uber fashionable star recently hit the red carpet wearing a show stopping red gown. She showcased the elegant creation at the Venice Film Festival and looked decidedly incredible.

The stunning dress was designed by the renowned Rodarte, who is in fact one of the actresses all time favourite designers, however this wasn’t the only reason she chose to step out in this particular gown.

Natalie was in Venice for the premiere of her new film, ‘Black Swan’, in which she plays a ballet dancer. The designer duo responsible for creating all the dancer’s costumes in the film were Kate and Laura Mulleavy, the fashionable pair are also in fact the names behind the Rodarte label.

The new film release comes in the shape of an American psychological thriller, which has been directed by Darren Aronofsky and stars Mila Kunis as well as Natalie Portman, both play the parts of ballet dancers in a contemporary New York City production of Swan Lake.

Natalie certainly has both the elegance and poise of an actual ballet dancer and certainly had fans in awe at the premier. The actress teamed the striking gown with metallic sandals, a matching clutch and pinned her hair into a neat up do, resembling that of how a ballet dancer would hold her hair in a neat bun.
