You bought that fab little black dress back in November knowing it would look great if only you stick to that healthy eating plan. Party season is almost here and you just know that zip isn’t going to fasten. Calm down. Try a seven-day detox diet you know it will be worth the effort to look fantastic for that party night. Although a detox can help with some weight loss it’s more about de-bloating you Water retention or gas is often the result of intolerance’s to certain foods. Party time is a build up to these intolerance’s as we indulge ourselves at this time of year. This detox diet centre’s on keeping certain foods separate e.g. starches from proteins also only eating fruit by its self, as this reduces that windy feeling. Once you decide to go ahead you will find the first three days the hardest keep thinking of that sexy black number. Don’t take fright over an outbreak of sponsor the odd headache; it will all improve, you will look and feel fantastic.

Divide all foods into four groups; starch proteins fruits and nuts.

Even if you love to snack, there are ways you can do so healthily! Simply stay away from sugary food and chocolate and stick to the likes of nuts, seeds, fruits and dried berries.

Start every day with a detox breakfast juice eat a third of your meals and drink plenty of water. Remember to try not to eat late and never dare go near fast food. Find a good detox diet and stick with it in fact stick a picture of the Little Black Dress on the fridge and remember how glam you will look on party night.

With Halloween almost here, many of us are thinking about what to wear and where to wear it!

There are so many different outfits available but if you wish to truly stand out then you will need something original!

Make-up is a great way to make an outfit pop and Halloween is an excuse to really push the boundaries!

Forget natural and go over the top with statement eyes and dramatic cheeks! Lipshades should be blood red or even black depending on the outfit and eyes should be super defined and smokey!

If you want to look cute on Hallow’s eve, a great option is headwear. Hair accessories are very much in at the moment and look über stylish in your locks. Cat ears, horns or witches hats attached to hair bands. Wear with a cute outfit such as a leotard and puff skirt, striped socks and back comb!

A new event in the diary often calls for a new outfit, however buying into a one of piece can be a costly procedure and one that may allow you to look amazing on the evening but be out of pocket for the rest of the month.

This is why prior to investing in a new outfit, you should think about looking into something a little versatile and something that allows you to create a ‘wow’ outfit for the occasion yet one that can also mould into another outfit for a different occasion.

Clever detailing such as additions including opaque tights, cutesy jackets, statement jewellery and flats can dress up or dress down an outfit easily in a matter of minutes!

Summer dresses in floral prints are great for both summer and cooler months. They can be worn with sandals during the warmer months and tights and jackets on a cooler day. A biker belt, distressed boots and a leather jacket are all great options to turn a cute girly outfit into a biker enthused piece that is perfect for another look on a different day to a different occasion!

Heels are another great way to turn a daytime style into an evening look as they add instantly add height and sophistication to the ensemble!

Shopping for your children can be great fun for both you and them, although often traipsing around high streets stores with a little one in tow can result in more whinging and whining than you would like. Shopping online eliminates that risk, allowing you to browse through a wide range of products and show them to your child to make sure that he or she likes them before you spend any money. Online retailers like Ellos stock lots of different styles of kids clothing, but particularly popular at the moment are children’s summer dresses. Here are 5 of the best, available online from www.ellos.co.uk now.

2)	For Hello Kitty fans, the bright pink Hello Kitty ELLOS dress is a perfect fit and will have girls looking bold and cheerful this summer, sporting their favourite cartoon character on a comfortable cotton dress.

3)	Fashion isn’t just for adults, and our third ELLOS dress utilises one of the hottest runway and celebrity trends at the moment – floral print. With a plain top and a beautifully ruffled and patterned skirt, this dress will make your little girl stand out from the crowd in a choice of pastel pink or light blue.

4)	At just £11 and in not one, not two but FIVE different styles, our fourth dress is an affordable addition to your child’s summer wardrobe. This comfortable dress is like an elongated t-shirt, easy to run around in and play.

5)	Finally, tunic tops and dresses are definitely in at the moment, so let your child follow the trend with this fashionable tunic from ELLOS, which can be worn alone or with tights or leggings.

With the news just in that Kate Middleton is to marry Prince William, every fashionista left, right and centre is dying to know what the dress will be like! Whatever the gorgeous Kate chooses to wear, we can guarantee it will be imitated by British brides for many years to come.

The infamous and renowned British designer, Bruce Oldfield has shared his views on what style he believes will suit the soon to be bride.
Bruce believes Kate to offer a contemporary yet elegant style, which is timeless in its own right; he has therefore suggested a gown that will accentuate such a refined and fresh style. He thinks Kate should opt for a gown that will show off her gorgeous slim figure to the maximum, in fact Bruce personally thinks that Kate Middleton could work any outfit!

A dress that offers a simple silhouette yet still features a little sophisticated detailing would be perfect for this leading lady, it should possess enough glamour to give the piece a sense of occasion yet not so much detailing as to drown her.
Kate is expected to choose a traditional yet graceful classic number for the big day, with an added edge of contemporary style.

The only question left on every stylistas’ lips is who is to design the gown!? Who ever it will be will certainly build up a definite prestigious status in the world of fashion and non doubt be the next big thing in wedding attire!

Erdem Moralioglu’s main focus is women’s attire yet this certainly doesn’t make him unaffected by men’s fashion. Erdems floral frocks have been a must-have wardrobe staple this season, featuring on many fashionistas wish lists! However as well as impeccable taste in women’s clothing the designer also has his own style perfected!

The designer has this season kindly revealed a few style secrets to getting dressed. The fashion fanatic is often seen sporting a both colourful and preppy look; this is possibly due to his American up bringing. His main inspiration when styling himself is the renowned artist, David Hockney. This particular style is chic, colourful and oozes a playful happiness.

Regarding labels the designer tends to look to the designer Dries Van Noten for menswear and Yves Saint Laurent when looking for footwear. His staple and fail safe uniform however is a pair of boat shoes that have been created by J.Crew and Sperry.

This designer doesn’t follow trends but instead wears what suits him and whatever’s clean in both cut and style.

Erdem’s new season style consists of flower embellished capes and floral patchwork silk shifts, all of which create a placidly charming and captivating look. With fans such as Samantha Cameron and Sarah Brown, the uber stylish label is certainly becoming the British First Ladies preferred designer.

The autumn palette consists of ocher, teal, rust, and tan was, all these shades and hues are enthused into the designers’ prints and combined with a deep grey, which features on the lace pieces. Other items in the collection included an array of leather patchwork skirts; these were teamed with a sheer floral blouse. The most talked about pieces however were the outstanding floor-length gowns.

Well known model and presenter Alexa Chung was this week seen sporting an uber stylish and right on trend maxi-dress, abandoning her usual signature short attire.

The stylish celebrity was spotted in the fashion capital of New York wearing a black maxi-dress, the model looked so hip in this low key number that she is bound to make even the most unenthusiastic fashion follower try this floor length style for themselves.

Gone are the floral prints and floaty numbers, the black jersey maxi is having a major fashion moment right now and is the perfect look for summer regarding staying as cool as you look. Alexa also proves it’s the perfect staple for your city wardrobe.

In order to add a little extra to this chic look why not add a skinny leather belt to the ensemble or alternatively, steal Alexas’ style and team with a coloured or patterned ribbon for a more individual twist. Most department stores will sell a selection in their fabric sections Head to VV Rouleaux or John Lewis to buy a length yourself.

Think leather accessories when working this trend as this will add that polished edge to the ensemble. If you can fit all your daily items into an uber cute across the body bag, vintage styles look great with this trend.

Patent leather sandals look great with the maxi dress but if you want to take this look into the evening, then add a pair of higher heels in a similar style.

Finish the look with some statement jewellery, both silver and gold work well and should be layered over one another in order to create that summer edge.

One-shouldered dresses are taking both the red carpets and the catwalks by storm this season, with an array in various colours being showcased. A one shouldered piece is a perfect summer getup and is great for evenings; the stylish A-list seem to be opting for a variety of asymmetric styles this season.

The red carpet revealed an assortment of looks including Zoe Saldana’s gorgeous Calvin Klein number, which was a simple and light like take on the trend. Elle went for a super sultry leather version and Kristen worked a glamorous and ruffled look, sporting a dress created by the fashion house Marchesa, this particular style will flatter a variety of figures and works for pretty much everyone.

To take on this season’s top trend, look to Lanvin for a few style notes, the cinched in waists, satin fabrics and layering are perfect for summer parties and weddings. However if you would prefer to tone down the look and work a more low key option, take some inspiration from the supermodel Kate Moss and invest in a minimalist, timeless style for autumn. Finish the look with a statement pair of new season pointed stilettos.
